Welcome to the Workington Town Council website

Workington Town Council represents the people of the civil parish of of Workington. The town council was formed in 1982 having been formerly the Charter Trustees, successors to Workington Borough Council, with its origins in the 19th century. Spanning three centuries, the council continues to provide services for the people of Workington from whom the members are elected.
